On November 4-5, Ukraine and the separatist republics "LDNR" presented their roadmaps for resolving the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. Compared to the Minsk agreements signed in 2015, these project documents have some differences. Of course, Ukraine and LDNR are trying to resolve the conflict to their advantage, but appealing to the above-mentioned Minsk Treaty, it should be noted that both parties are proposing projects that contain provisions that contradict it. The LDNR roadmap states that the law must be adopted to amend the Constitution of Ukraine and it cannot be changed without the consent of the residents of certain districts, which is expressed in a referendum. This paragraph contradicts both the Minsk Protocol and the Criminal Code. Secondly, the economic blockade and the restoration of economic relations take place before the elections, and not after, as prescribed in the LDNR project.

The road map presented by Kravchuk also has differences with the Minsk agreement. First, the issue of amnesty for participants. Kravchuk pointed to the adoption of a "law on responsibility" - the establishment and punishment of certain persons who participated in the events in Donbass. The Minsk Protocol indicates full pardon and amnesty. The second point concerns the elections and the return of the border.According to the Ukrainian version, elections are held only after the border is returned to the jurisdiction of Ukraine and all NPFs are removed. In Minsk-2 it is specified, the restoration of full control of the state border by Ukraine in the entire conflict zone should begin on the first day after the local elections. In addition, both projects are complemented by various provisions that bypass and to some extent complement Minsk-2. This is the issue of decentralization of Donbass, various new deadlines for making certain decisions, bills, restoration of economic relations and withdrawal of foreign troops and equipment.
