To the Crimea`s blockade is involved the "hawks" from the West and Turkey – Bortnik
In the case of "energy blockade" of the Crimea played a key role Ukrainian internal political struggle, the influence of the "hawkish" elite of Western partners and the leaders of the Crimean Tatars fight for the place under the political sun, considers political scientist Ruslan Bortnik.
The situation in the energy sector of the Crimea can not be defined as a blackout, tells the director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management Ruslan Bortnik.
"Blackout - is the destruction of electric power management system. In Crimea, it did not happen. There is a clear fact of shortage of electrical resources, but the system is still managed, in spite of the massive fan and very serious tripping everything continue to operate," - said the expert.
According to him, the situation in Crimea can not be compared, for example, with California blackout decade ago, when "system has really been restored from the centers around the source of generation."
"Therefore, in the Crimea is not a blackout, but there are serious problems, the reasons why a lot of. Single out a few of these reasons: it is the domestic political Ukrainian struggle, this is an influence of the"hawkish"elite of Western partners, it is a struggle between leaders of the Crimean Tatars for a place under the political sun," - said political scientist.
Bortnik added that it is not excluded the impact of the Syrian situation, "many organizations of Crimean Tatars are functioning with the real support, in particular, the Turkish authorities."
